The Grandparent Autism Network, the University of California Irvine School of Medicine and Children's Hospital of Orange County will sponsor this scientific program followed by a Research Roundtable discussion. Dr. Simon Baron-Cohen is the Director of the Autism Research Center at the University of Cambridge. He is considered one of the most prominent autism research scientists in the world. Dr. Baron-Cohen has authored several books and he is currently conducting state-of-the-art autism research.  Because the event is on a Saturday, it will be convenient for doctors, special education teachers, autism service providers and families affected by autism to attend. This is an extraordinary opportunity.
